I Really Want to Lose Weight

i wonder if anyone can help me, i want to lose weight, a couple of stone at least and i want to do it without not eating, cos i know how bad for you that can get if it continues and once you stop eating, its very hard to start again, so please could some people give me some advice. :-)

10 Fast Weight Lost Diets Tips
1. Replace Sports Drinks after Exercise – Drink“electrolyte” water to receive the same benefits you would from a sugary sports drink—without the added sugar.
2. Water First – Drink a large glass of water 10 minutes before meals.

Please don't ever think you need to starve yourself to reach your goals. I was there too at one point and I wrote a blog post about my journey so far http://ajones24.blogspot.com/2012/08/so-i-wanted-to-start-off-by-saying-that.html . I eat five meals a day now, I work out every day, I talk to my challenge group and coach to stay motivated and they hold me accountable. It is possible to reach your goals, eat right (emphasis on eating right- not starving yourself or even dieting), and getting to where you want to be.
