You should go into a treatment program, or at least have some way to get yourself out of the temptation to buy more alcohol. Get around people that are sober and want to stay that way, like with A.A.

Take a multivitamin everyday and drink lots of water. Milkthistle will help your liver recover. Also, since alcohol is a depressant, you might want to take Vitamin D, too.

You are doing the right thing in wanting to stop and this is good.

Some things to expect when you stop drinking are lots of dreams about alcohol (I even had dreams about starting smoking again), night sweats, and maybe some anxiety during the day, sugar cravings. They will all pass, however. Just try and get help. And drink water!

Firstly, your symptoms are unlikely to be because you stopped drinking. Excessive drinking can cause liver damage, but you would be jaundiced looking (yellow), rather than pale. It sounds like may have a kidney infection though. That's easily treatable with an antibiotic. Try not to worry, but see a doctor asap!
