Day 8

...and if I need a break ?? what if I need a break and I drink every day? the answer is that I could not have a break, because I physically couldn't. Because A break is something different. A break is going to some place where I could meet people, or going to have a dinner with friends, things that I could not do if I drink, but the thing that scares me the most is that if I drink I could not even think to have a break, because it would not be that important.

Do you need a break right now? If not then don't worry about it, by the time you feel like you need a break you'll be ready for it. All you have to think about is what you can do today :-)

tnks, I had a break during the week end, I did sport and I had a date. I'm fine, I don't drink, I'm just writing posts to remember me and others how good is life without alcohol and why drinking is a mistake.

That's great and you're right about life without alcohol, it gives us a CHOICE in what we want to do instead of our lives being ruled by alcohol. When I read your post it reminded me of my early days, friends and i were worried about Christmas and it was only June lol i think we give ourselves extra stress and worry sometimes. We just have to take things as they come, deal with them as they happen instead of worrying about everything ahead of time. Are you day 9 now? If so, excellent, well done a great achievement!

I'm not counting days, it is just the way I named posts.
Everything about me and the drinking habit changed last year. I am angry because drinking on Saturdays is such a normal thing for everybody everywhere, specially in boring villages, and that made me hate week-ends. Drinking was part of the Saturday, also if I never drank hard stuff, it was just a habit to do with the sport team. Then during a hard time, I used to drink beer as something that distracted me. I'm not a alcoholic, but I learned how bad it is when acions in a day depends on alcohol. Then, I hate how normal it is considered and how normal things caused by alcohol are considered.
