Everything is training. Training I can improve performance. Studying, reading, sport, sex, friends.
We do brain exercises also when we don't think about it. I saw how drinking can slow down training. Studying, after drinking is impossible, but drinking after studying is the same, same as smoking a cigarette after a run, drinking is just a slower process, in comparison to smoking, as the addiction that causes.
I immagine myself reading, how the training level goes up doing it, and I immagine myself at the bar drinking, with the training bar going down. I know that. After many days when I do the right thing, I stop at the bar (it happened yesterday) and I cannot resist 5 minutes in that place, my brain went over that **** and is in another level, thank to training, now my brain is looking for better places and better moments.
