Its all about what where thinking, and its hard to change the channel so to speak, but I remember I had alot of stuff bothering me at a time in my life, and what I found that worked was when I would worry about something till it got red hot in my mind, I would start to think of another problem and forgot first problem and found it would take a few days to get red hot too. So I found during this process a sort of guiet time before it got red hot. It takes alot of thinking to gather enough thoughts to get red hot and that turned into a week or so of thoughts that didn't bother me much!

That happens to me sometimes when I am stressed out or going through a bad time. Meditation works for me. I just sit or lay down and think of a word processer filled with everything that is rushing around in my head and I mentally push the delete button until it is blank again.

Honey, you need to go play outside, get some sunshine, use your legs and hands, move-run-just be. I am the queen of obsessing-I understand. But, you have to trust your instincts, once you find them.
