How I Overcame Panic, Fear, Hypochondria And Agoraphobia!

I struggled with panic, fear, hypochondria and eventually even agoraphobia for years. It seemed like my mind just got stuck in this loop in which I just kept worrying. As soon as my panic kicked in, my heart started racing and I was absolutely convinced that I was on the verge of a heart attack. I really believed that I was about to drop dead, right there on the spot. Of course when I didn't, then I started wondering what else might be wrong with me, or something around me, or in my food. Worrying was just a way of life. That's no way to live. Life is meant to be enjoyed, not feared. I wasted so much time worrying that I became determined to conquer my fear and panic and over time I did. It wasn't easy, and it was often two steps forward and one step back, but eventually I did conquer panic and went on to live a fun and interesting life for the proceeding years. I spent several years living overseas, I met really cool and interesting people and had some amazing experiences. Experiences that I most likely would never have had if i didn't commit myself to overcoming panic and agoraphobia. And now I put the knowledge that I've accumulated over the years into a free video to help others who are struggling with what I once struggled with.
