Multiple Complaints=lies And No Action Taken

After getting sick of tmobile charging my account wrong several times, we switched carriers. Thy charged their absurd fee of $200 per line, that's a joke but not my complaint now. My problem is harassment. I am not the account owner, nor do I even have access to the amount we still owe (it might take us a few months to pay the $600 they charged us to disconnect.) yet they continually call my phone, sometimes upwards of 10 times a day. In my work I am on the phone very often, sometimes on international calls. They interrupt these calls and call from different numbers so I keep putting clients on hold, getting disconnected or worse hung up on. That costs me money. I have made several attempts to remove my number since it wasn't even my account. We even got a letter saying I had been removed. The calls continue. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, the response was an absolute lie saying I had been removed over a month ago and they haven't called me since. I have phone records to prove otherwise. I am at my wits end and I don't have time to take them to court but at this point I feel I have to.
