Ever since I was in kindergarten I knew I wanted to teach. At first it was because at that young age, I thought I would get a summer break while other people got to work. (I later found that most teachers get a second job during the summer) Nevertheless I still wanted to teach.
Teachers have always played an important part in my life. I wouldn't be the person I am today without them. I know they changed my life.
I want to be a teacher that's fun and makes students want to go out and change the world. One that plays music in class, is funny, has inside jokes with students, and that isn't afraid of telling it how it is in the world today.
