1st Hypno Session

Yesterday I was hypnotized for the first time. It was quite an experience. I was never "totally out of it" but I was definitely into it. It was to help my regain a regular sleep pattern (sleep all night). It is not a quick fix and I will be going back for more sessions. I was sent home with a copy of the 30 minute session.

Last night I did wake up and listened to the session again.

More deceit. Sleeping patterns are not changed by hypnotism. Waste your money if you like. As to giving up smoking, again hypnotism has nothing to do with it. The only thing that stops you smoking is if you choose to stop. Trying to prevent yourself smoking when you really still want to smoke is obviously going to fail. I gave up overnight about 6 years ago as I simply realised I didn't want to any more. You must want to do it and not use things like patches, gum or hypnotism as fake "give ups". If you went a year withou it why would you suddenly think you want to do it again? Stupidity?

Is this your professional or educated opinion or purely conjecture?

Thats good. keep listening to the tape. It does work. I also got hypmotized to quit smoking and I didnt smoke for 1 year. Until Neew Years Day came and I had to celebrate by sipping a glass of wine, and then I thought " Well Damn, Its New Years, and a cigerette would be good right now." So I took a puff and started smoking again..
