Wish I Knew How To Walk In Them

It's been over ten years since I've worn high heels, but lately I've really wanted to buy myself a pair for some reason.
Now I just need to learn how to walk in them without breaking my neck. lmao

Hey spiritoftherabit, my girl had the same problem, she hadnt worn heels for a bit, but now you cannot get her out of them. Once she learnt to walk in them again, that was fine, but she wasnt ready for the breaking them in part, so to help I softened them up for her! It sounds a little odd but it works a treat, I would get her to wear them while we a watching a movie on the couch, squirt some hand cream inside them and put them back on her feet.
Really it works, cos they slide on easy, cos its slippery inside, but one at a time, take them off, and work the cream into the shoe and massage her feet as well. Then put it back on and do the other one! It streches the heels, and they get used to feet being inside them, with out it hurting your feet!
Promise it doesnt wreck the heels, and my girl gets me to do this to all her heels and boots!!
You can do it yourself, just squirt some cream into your shoes and while you are sitting there, just slide your feet in and out of your heels while watching something...
Good luck

^ Thanks! I'll try to remember the stomach/hip advice.

I'm a girly girl and I love my heels. Starting off low is good advice. I also find that in high heels you have to keep your stomach in and hips back and then walk in smaller steps moving one foot in front of the other rather than next to each other other wise you end up looking like a kid who's just tried on her mums shoes. Good luck you will get there again!

^ Thanks, Hackycole!!! I'll try that.
