I had a  short workout today and I noticed my whole attitude towards life and it's flow is so much smoother.

I have been walking a little more every day, up to 1 mile today and looking forward to more tomorrow.

I'm with ya'... even just a few minutes of good stretching or Yoga can recharge my batteries!
