I am always doing things for my hubby and my kids and I rarely take time for myself. I used to wear makeup every day and dress fun and flirty, which made me feel good. Lately I have gained a couple pounds and just dont feel sexy. I wear sweatpants a lot and have become stuck in a rut. I want to change and be the woman my hubby married, but it is so hard.

    You sound a bit depressed, wjich is normal with all going around. Talk to a professional and except yourself for what you are. A sexy wife and mother. Dress sexier for hubby and yourself. He loves you no matter what and it throw away the sweat pants LOL.
