I Want Women to Feel Good About Themselves
I read about how you should try thinking of 22 things in your life that you are grateful for, say them out loud or in your head one by one. then see if you feel any different. I tried it and it certainly worked. Anything from "I am grateful for my partner" to "I am grateful for this cup of coffee" (which I very much am by the way). It changes your brainchemestry by focusing on positives. try it please:)
