World Peace Event!

I am creating a "World Peace Event!" here at my Windows Live Spaces site and I had the information all filled out on the Events Form that you use to make an event. I pressed the Create Button at the bottom of the screen and got the dreaded Server Error and lost all my information. I took that as a sign that I must be doing something wrong or today was not the day to accomplish this task. I did manage to save the description:

I thought that it would be great to have an event celebrating World Peace Day and I am going to be updating this entry with a future Blog posts to really try and promote World Peace. For a small preview of what I am trying to say by doing this:

I am going to use this Anniversary Icon for the template here in Windows Live Spaces because I liked the hearts and flowers on the theme, like I said I will be working on this event. So I have to start all over again, but this time I am going to do the Blog post first so I have the HTLM to put in the description for the event. I have published this Background Table with the links to all my previous entries on World Peace so that you can see that this is not something new to me, but I want to post this description:

I believe we will see World Peace when God brings the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. As long as the Evil one is roaming the earth devouring souls there can be no peace. I am sending you this invitation to attend my World Peace Event whether you are religious, or atheist, or spiritual no matter what your beliefs are, Please Attend! I believe in God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit but that is my belief. World Peace is about helping other people to live better lives.

It just seems like, to me, we have all the money in the world for making wars and killing each other, but yet we let people starve to death and drink contaminated water. What is wrong with us? We spend millions of dollars on things that don't help other people. Please join me on September 21, 2008 to spread the word on World Peace Day to make the world a better place today!

Yes, that's my impact of on the left there. You can barely see it, because it has only three people on the meter. Out of all the people that I sent invitations to, only three people joined me in the cause of helping people obtaining World Peace! It is not very impressive is it? And that's why I am trying again to try and help other people; I think that's a very worthy cause: Don't You? Join Me!

That is right, do not strain your eyes looking there is not one leaf on this tree. Because I haven't accomplished anything by getting people to join me in this very worthy cause, but I really don't find that so unusual either. I haven't even done what I could do to try and make the world a better palace. I made a few Blog entries and I try to pray every day for people that are in need, and that's one of the reasons I am trying to have this event!

I am going to be sending out the invitations to everyone on my Email list and I hope that you will do the same. Join me in trying to help other people by promoting World Peace!
