I Believe It Is Possible

...Here is the way I see things, when it comes to the concept of world peace: always seems to be 'one step forward, two steps back' regarding this issue. Every time I start to think, 'gee - maybe people around the world are starting to put their old stereotypes and preconceived notions about others on the shelf for the sake of a better planet', something will happen on the world stage that will make that fleeting glimpse a mere illusion. This country has invaded that country; these guys over here don't like those guys over there and refuse to sign the amendment (or whatever it is). Now I recently heard that 'the Swiss are angry with America' - it's got something to do with the banks over there, I'm not too keen on the details. But, every time you turn around, there's some new crisis in the world! Peace talks fall through the floor; one party goes back on what they promised, this group doesn't like that group. I was saddened to hear that the Roma minority is really struggling in Hungary, during a recent newsclip. We don't have those kinds of problems here in the US, I guess mainly because of our laws with regard to immigrants.

Can't we all just accept one another as we are? Or is mankind doomed to be fighting - with someone, somewhere - endlessly?

I truly believe that it takes Our Good Lord to intervien in order that human nature , as we know it will change , the End is near and we will , some will know the truth and we will all fall to our knees in worship of Him that comes , I blieve it is Jesus Christm our Lord as the sc<x>riptures tell us. How can we deny the prophasies that are coming true as we speak? We are promised Peace and this I believe.
