I Had Open Heart Surgery.

I went to the hospital with chest pains, and didn't come home until I had open heart surgery. When I woke up in the recovery room I had a tube in my mouth that went down to my stomach. I didn't care for that very much and had problems swollowing and was gaging. The nurse tried to calm me down by telling me to relax and take shollow breaths. First of all, U can't talk very well, and second, I was having a hard time breathing. After what seemed like eternety, the doctor came over and pull the darn tube out. So where am I going with this? Well after a couple of days had gone by, I realized that I was afraid of heights. I wouldn't climb out of a window in a 20 story building, but my fear was bothering me watching TV and if somebody was doing something like climbing a tree it would upset me to the point that I would look away.
I wasn't that fearful before the operation and I'm glad that I don't have a job that requires me to climb.
