The Carpenters song "Superstar" starts playing.

"Long ago..."
(They eye each other)
David: Talk about lame!
Chris: ha ha, Totally!
"and, oh, so far away"
Chris: You can change it if you want!
David: I don't care; it's up to you!
Chris: I can live with it, if you can.
David: Suit yourself!
"I fell in love with you..."

Next we see them, they're both singing their heart out:
"Don't you remember you told me you loved me, baby?"
(They belt it out, unashamedly crying tears)
"You said you'd be coming back this way again, baby!"
"Baby, baby, baby, baby, oh baaabyyy! I looove yooou!"

I just LOVE that scene! It's so human...
I love the song and the world knows it.
But I guess even though guys love it too,
they will never let on just how much.
This proves that men and women alike
are tender hearted and that we all have a
soft spot for the beautiful Karen Carpenter!

    Both men and women are tender hearted in many ways. Some women keeps things bottled up but most men do. If only both speaks up to clear the air there would be peace and harmony in every relationship.

    So true about men and women being tender hearted. The only difference being women demonstrate and men bottle it up as if they are going to discover some means of selling it! :-) :-)
