Sounds like you need to find some ways to reduce your stress levels.... Do you think these results are pretty accurate?

Yeah it's pretty damn close, it dosen't help when I have to work 60 - 70 hours a week. I'm the only one who brings in a paycheck in every week and I have hardly have any time to get anything done I want to. It dosen't matter which way I turn, I feel like my life is a complete clusterfuck. I tire myself out thinking about everything that needs to be done, then I lose my ambition and over half the time nothing gets done. Even my bondage suffers which is the best way for me to cope with my stress. I feel like I'm wedged in between a rock and hard place and I don't know how to get out.

60-70 hrs is a heavy work load.....no wonder you get tired...more like overwhelmed..... Have you tried making "priority lists?" Stuff that absolutely HAS to be done, like yesterday is all that counts......and take it one task at a time and say screw the rest...That might help a little. You could put all the other stuff on a sort of schedule like Sat. between thus and such time I'll deal with yard work and then refuse to think about it till that time..... Trying to organize your mind so it can sort out and organize what your body can do might help..... I'm sure no expert on this stuff but these are some tricks that have helped me personally thru the years...also maybe putting just a few minutes aside for some breathing exercises or meditation might help to sooth and quiet your mind a little too.....

I've tried priority lists, it keeps making me more disgusted so I stopped doing that. I made a section of the basement a room of my own. A clutter free zone, compared to the rest of the house which is a disaster. I notice in my clutter free zone, I can actually relax. I look around and be able think more clearly. It's my escape the disaster zone which is created by the kids and when I'm in that environment I start to lose it. Even in my garage I can't focus when working on anything. I've been trying to create as many clutter free zones that I can around the house. If I can create organization around me then I can have peace of mind. If I get peace of mind I can start to regain ambition and start accomplishing tasks.

AWESOME!! Folks actually DO function better in a neat ,orderly environment.....Can you inspire the wife to maybe organize the rest of the house??I have friends with multiple kids and while their homes aren't show places they do keep it pretty organized with specific areas for toys and stuff. This ROCKS that you already know how to gain a little mental peace and perspective..... Using that could help a LOT in finding your way past this!!

Lol inspire the wife, good one. The only time the house looks somewhat presentable is when we have people over, which is very rarely. I suppose I have to make a sacrifice when it comes to that. I like to try to not have any more people come over on the weekends if I can help it. It becomes distracting when I'm trying to work on someting. I'm damned if I do damned if I don't.

Awww......Have you guys looked into any counseling yet....or sat down and really talked it out? That can be wayyy hard...but it might be getting to the point where it's a better choice then dealing with the upset....

I've thought about both and haven't mentioned anything to her, I just don't know. I have days I think about wanting to go seperate ways. About a year ago she asked me if I wanted a divorce, I just a disgusted look.
