What Is The Truth ?

W ell where do i start ?  In a small town in west virginia called Sutton I was born on October, 25 1958 , my mom was a 18 teen year old single mom of one other daughter.   I was born at six months when born i was 1lb 2oz

was in the hospital 3 months , My mom was trying  to find someone to watch me while she found a job and got on her feet , my aunt was going to have a baby about the same time i was due well after she had her baby my mom was going to let her watch me and her baby while she worked .

 well in the mean time my mom ask the Harris family if they would care for me till she could get on her feet and they took me in .  well my mom came to get me and the Harris's ask for the money for my bord bill  which was so hi she didn't have enough money to pay it , so the Harris's went to town got a lawyer and they set forth in getting me away from my mom , She did'nt have the mony to get a lawyer .  

Well the Harris 's have me and went to court and all that  and was given to the Harris family  my question is did my mom have a birth certificate  or not how can i find out . my moms madien name was Hoover my father was Humphreys  have known all my life i was adopted and have known who my blood parent and grandparents were .  For people like my self i believe we should be able to see our records . both sets of parents have died  what would it hurt for me to see the records.   wynona Pearl hoover was given to me at birth  i have taken to useing  Wynona as my name

 

 my mom said the dr didn't give her a birth certificate  why not?  why did the harris's changed their age ?
