What Do I Do

my boyfriend was not born with on kidney but he had one removed do to drug use and im not really sure how to handle him being in and out of the hospital evrey time he goes to the hospital because his kindey is produceing to much puss and outher harmful things he wont let me go se him hes allwase in so much pain and i dont know how i can relate to him his docter says he might not make it past 25
