He Said He Just Wants To Be Friends..

 My first boyfriend of 6 months broke up with me 3 months ago. He thinks we should just be friends he doesn't think we can work out as a couple anymore. So now i am confused and heartbroken i miss him so much we were very close he was my best friends and i didn't have any friends outside of him so now im really lonely. I know we had some issues we argued over little things sometimes but after much reflecions on the problems that we had i still truly love this guy and im hoping we will be reconciled some day. At the moment though im really lost and sad i truly feel for anyone experiencincing this as well, it is so hard.....

    You are making it hard. Friendships may often be more fulfilling than hookups. Forgive him and work on being a good friend. Go back to laughing with him. Try to find the humor that was in your relationship and laugh with him about it. This way you're giving each other space to move on, and he will respect you for it. Cheer up this breakup is good for your growth. Be well.
