Minor Accident

Dear readers,

I hope that you can help me.

I was involved in a car accident yesterday due to servere weather conditions - after I was sent home from work.

I was driving along a 30 mph road and was a travelling a safe distance behind a car, when i realised that the car in front suddenly stopped to give way to coming cars on the other side of the road - as there were parked cars on the left side of the road. I did my best to stop but I had no control of my car as it was snowing and bumped the car infromt levaving a small dent to the other car but no damage to my car.

I exchanged details with the driver who was very rude whichwas expected but it was an accident which could not be helped. The passenger came out the car and mentioned that his back was hurting due to the accident - however was walking fine around the car 2 minutes later taking pictures of my car. The women said thatshe was going to have to claim on my insurance which I apologized and soon left.

I am yet to speak to my insurance as I havent heard anything from them, but have been told that they went to the hospital last night after returning home due to the accident.

What will happen next? Has anyone been in the same situation before? Please reply to this message as I am very worried.
