The Good Old Days

It's a shame that documentaries are no longer a regular part of the tv schedule. When I was growing up, documentaries were even part of the regular network schedule. They would come on in prime time! Documentaries became relegated to PBS by the time I was a teenager. That's ok because PBS puts on great documentaries. My favorites are Eyes on the Prize, The Civil War, Ken Burn's Jazz, and baseball. There's no reason why something that's educational can't be fun.
