I must say the directors cut is way better than the one released in theaters. The watchmen will for ever be my favorite graphic novel.Kudos to Alan Moore.

    Have to say the novel really surprised me with its depth. Have you seen the Ultimate Cut DVD? It includes the Black Freighter spliced in, like in the novel. Worth a look, definitely. I've seen the theatrical cut and the ultimate cut, but not the directors cut.
