hile my heritage allows me to wear the tartan of my Scottish clan ancestry, I've yet to purchase one. I do own two Utilikilts, though; a black Mocker which I wear to work, and a tan Workman which I wear in the field.
I like the uniqueness of kilts. I enjoy the reactions I get from people (, and the questions about what's under them!) I like the look of them, the versatility. They are cooler on hot summer days than are pants. They're surprisingly warm in cool weather. (Both of these facts surprised me until I realized there's a la

 | Posted Aug 24th, 2009 at 11:51AM I have four Utilikilts in addition to my tartans. Since I only wear kilts, the Utilikilts are great for yard work or any other situation where I don't want to worry about ruining a one of my plaids. |
