My New Pubic Pressure Urinal

As you might notice I have changed my avatar to a screen snapshot of my newest purchase.

As I recently mentioned in the forum recently I was pursuing the purchase of a pubic pressure urinal from Jade Euro Med in England.  The people there are very helpful and wanted me to make payment through the BACS system but I didn't have any luck dealing with that and convinced them to accept payment by Paypal.

The shipping took a less than two weeks and the Royal Air Mail tracking didn't follow the progress much at all.  I am still experimenting with getting the fit just the way I like but so far am pleased.  The cost was Just under $120.00 including shipping.  It comes with a rather small leg bag which I probably won't use since I prefer the latex leg bag which came with my Heather Med SL20.  The SL20 is like the SL5 mentioned by other members except that the inner sheath is reinforced with a size of about 1 1/8" and shouldn't be trimmed.  The two units have some similarities as to shape and design.  The Jade unit is made of white or light grey rubber and in addition has a raised flange with a soft foam ring inside which applies pressure to the area around the base of the penis and provides more extension into the inner sheath and also minimizes the possibility of pulling out during extended wear.  The picture doesn't show the waist belt which is cloth and has a silicone gripper bead along most of the length so it stays in place quite well.

Jade also has the same unit with the inner sheath already sized to your specification.  It looks to me that the trimming I have done to my unit will be okay since the material is somewhat heavier than the Mc Guire sheaths.  It is very quick to put on if you simply put on a bit of lube and then silde in and hook up the straps.

I don't have much time wearing it so far but when using lube the fit is very comfortable and seems that it will eventually be to the point that you will forget that you have it on.

I also purchased an Alpine leg bag to go with it and have noticed as other members have stated the Alpine bags do seem to get air in them when emptying and thus slosh when you walk.  I wish they would fit the little red valve on the bottom as well as the top so that once you get the air out it will stay that way.

I will do more posts after I have some wearing time to give you guys an idea as to whether or not you might be interested in purchasing one for yourself.  They are a bit pricey but the quality might offset that in the end and as some of you have stated you would buy another Heather Med unit if you could find one then this probably is what you are looking for.

All the latex bags do that. I have 2 from different suppliers and they both do it. A small price to pay for the greater reliability, particularly if your mobility is reduced and you can't move quickly, if catastrophe strikes.
