Wishing you all a very happy Jammy Day!

or Nightie Dinner! (may have to try that one)

I wouldn't worry about the possibility of running errands deterring you. I've seen plenty of women out and about in what certainly looked like jammies to me. As far as food is concerned, eggs are good any time of day!

I've never understood when women go to the store with curlers in the hair. Why take the time to put curlers in, if you're going to leave them in when you go out? Why not just go with a pony tail or a hat? Or is there some grand event happening later in the day, and the store was just an unexpected errand after the curlers were done? I've never asked one of them. As a general rule, women with curlers in their hair at the store do not look happy.

Never having worn curlers (yes, that's my story), I won't hazard a guess as to why some women go out in them. Your explanation seems plausible enough though. Come to think of it, I haven't actually seen that many women out with curlers in their hair - although it does happen. I have definitely seen the baseball cap and pony tail look though. The ratty sweats are another one of my favorites...

I only wear my jammies in bed, but sometimes I lay about my apartment in old sweats and an oversized tee and fuzzy mules (think now). Semi-jammies. But then I decide I need to wash my hair and I shower and then I'm dressed for the day, mascara, jewelry and all.

Yes, I love those kind of days ... don't usually make it ALL day either ... there's something just too decadent about cooking dinner still wearing the nightie!
