Helps With Incontinence Issues

I wear sanitary napkins not for sexual reasons, but as a bowel cancer survivor, I still have continence issues from my back end. I've found panty liners to be too narrow and flimsy, and continence pads too bulky, so sanitary pads up the back of my panties is the best compromise. This prevents the inevitable "skid mark" ruining my panties.
