I have just discovered "The secret"  A DVD delving into the ways of obtaining what you want from life. It expands on the notion "we are what we think"

    This book was truly the beginning of a spiritual journey for me- a whirlwind which I am still caught up in!

    They do go a bit over the top with some things like the idea of thinking wealth, and cheques appearing in the mail!



    Like anything you read or see, you need to keep an open mind, follow what is achievable and disregard the rest.



    For me it has reinforced many of my thoughts, and led the way to other concepts through discussion with friends.



    I can say it has had a positive effect on me. My daughter has noticed it as have some of my friends.

    How has your experience been with the Secret? I agree with many of the principles, but maybe not the extent to which they take it.
