Climbing Dunn River Falls is an absolute must for anyone who goes to Jamaica. It is not an easy climb, but it is so worth it. I've never seen or done anything quite like it. Be careful of locals wanting to "help" you up the falls, because they expect to be paid for their efforts.

    I have done it, but I was a child then, so alot easier to recovery post climb. Saw my first humming bird up close there as well.

    Ocho Rios!! I was there and it was awesome that day, although very slippery. The following day i could not move lol - my muscles were on strike.

      I can relate to the soreness. My feet wanted to just curl up into fists the day after climbing the falls. I would still do it again if given the chance again. There are just some things you have to do even if you know you're going to pay for it the next day, and I knew going into it that I was asking for it later.
