Okay I just got out of a mental hospital I was there for two weeks and I have constant therapy exercises I was there for help and I got it and I feel better and don't know why I still feel depressed at times and I am trying to find out why I feel like that.

Is there something you have been keeping to yourself.. Emotions.. Feelings.. Locked inside heart.. But nagging in mind... Find a friend..best one.. And keep pouring your heart out.. If not possible.. Keeping daily diary helps..

Maybe you need a change of scenery? Try spending a weekend somewhere relaxing and away from all the stress. Praying for the best for you. <3
