Still Wet the Bed. Today I Started Wearing Diapers

I am 23, and still wet the bed. Today i woke up to a wet bed again, and said enough was enough. So I went to Wal-mart and bought Depends, extra absorbancy. It was awkard for me because i had never bought diapers in my life. So i came home, and was looking at them. Then opened them and decided to put them on.

THE MOMENT I PUT THEM ON ME!!! I FELT RELIEF! IT WAS AS IF I HAD BEEN WAITING YEARS AND YEARS TO PUT THEM ON..

So I bought them in the morning and have been wearing them for most of the day. Is it weird to see how much i can put in there?

I just feel great right now with them on.

Tonight i want to wear as many as i can. I dont know what else to say... but i love them. Also when i go out its hard to hold it in, so i am ctantly running to the washroom. its never a lot, but enough to get noticed, so i have so much relief now that i can go out in public and not worry about not making it.

I can honestly say that you are never to old to wear diapers. I love them, even if it is only my first day wearing them since i was 4.

So i dont know what else to say but that now i do not worry about wetting my bed and having to wash my sheets everyday. My parents know i wet the bed, and they are somewhat ashamed, however they do not bring it up anymore. And its not that i am lazy, i just have a weak bladder.

BUT THANK YOU! AND I LOOOOOOVEWEARING DIAPERS! ANYONE KNOW WHICH DIAPERS ARE BEST. THESE ARE OKAY BUT I KINDA WANT ONES THAT STRA ON THE SIDE. I HAVE PULL-UP ONES NOW.

THANKS

If you're new to diapers as an adult, you've got to try cloth. Order some plastic pants from an online adult cloth diaper company and then make your own. There is diaper cloth or flannel works well. Nothing like the feel of a dry cloth diaper, or wetting one.

thanks david for the tips. i never knew what diapers wont leak. can i wear one all day and not change until at night?

thnks so much! can't wait to try maybe the printed ones. i still live at home so i have to hide it as much as possible. But you think depends work well? I mean i wore one pair for 6 hours and it didnt leak until much later. I like them, but i want thicker diapers, and not pull-ups. the strappy ones would make me feel safe and like a baby

The Abena line have side tapes and are nice since you can select a diaper based upon the level of absorbency that you need. The Abri-Form Plus are similar to a Depends as far as absorbency and the Abri-Form Original X-Plus is a great all day long, or overnight diaper. I typically order these from XP medical. However, there are many different companies that will supply these.
I also like Bambino's allot. If you're not into the AB thing you can order their Bianco (all white diaper), or if you want to explore the AB thing you can order their Classico (printed) diapers. These are very absorbent (however, not quite as absorbant as the Abena X-Plus). I like the way the Bambino fits better than the Abenas.
Neither of these are available in stores. You pretty much have to get them on line. I wouldn't recommend any diapers that are available at the local drugstore/supermarket.
