Making It Happen

One thing I know for sure is that there is no magic formula and I won't wake up one day and suddenly be a Super Fit Active person.  It comes down to the choices that I make in each moment to get up and move, and it doesn't matter how or where or with who I do it, I just have to do it.  Starting with walking or even dancing at home alone to great music is enough to get me going.  Or I can find a simple stretching routine and begin to loosen up and do some basic exercises at home.  And when I do I'll feel proud of myself and I'll feel more energized and I'll keep on wanting to do it every day.  And I encourage everyone else who wants to be more active to take pride in their goal and to give themselves the same support they would give to a good friend.  It takes us out of our Comfort zone to start something new but once we get going it's gonna feel 10 times better than just sittin' around distracting ourselves with aimless pleasures!
