Bedwetting For Beginners
Do you yearn to wake up to that once familiar feeling of another wet bed. Or perhaps you weren't a bedwetter but are curious to find out just what it feels like. Do you want your nights to be spent in wet sheets or soaking nappies? Are you already wetting on purpose and want to take it one step further.
I can help you acheive your goal but it takes comitment and becoming a true bedwetter should be considered a permanent step. Once you acheive this it is highly likely you will always wet the bed to some extent and complete night time control might be lost for ever.
Step 1/ So you really do want to be a bedwetter and spend your nights sleeping in urine soaked sheets or nappies. Right there is no going back now so lets get started. Tonight you are going to soak your bed and sleep in it. Your matteras will suffer as you are not going to make any special preperations and although your wetting will be deliberate you will think of it as the first of many accidents as you become a regular bedwetter. Before you go to bed tonight drink plenty and do not use the bathroom. Go to bed in your underwear. I don't know why but you will find wetting your bed much more pleasurable than wetting naked. Wet your pants a little or even a lot if you like before getting in to bed. This way your sheets will become damp straight away. You have wet your bed now so must lay in it and might as well pee in bed rather than be tempted to get up. Either lay there till you can't hold on any longer and empty your bladder soaking the bed before you go to sleep or if you drift off when your full bladder wakes you just let go and enjoy the feeling making sure you completely empty your bladder. Now you must spend the rest of the night in your wetness adding to it if the need to pee arises.
It might be hard to sleep in your wet bed at first but you must overcome this so now is as good a time as any. When yo wake in the morning make sure the first thing you do is empty your bladder and enjoy laying in your wetness for a while before getting up. You will have a soaking bed to deal with and no doubt your room will start to smell of stale pee but you are a bedwetter so this is to be expected. I suggest you just leave the bed turned down and sleep in the same unchanged bed the following night, wetting it again of course.Sleeping in the same wet bed takes real comitment and might seem uncomfortable at first but if you can do this it really will help you along the way to reverse all the pre concieved thoughts that wetting the bed is wrong. By now your bed will have some nice big pee stains on to remind you that you are a bedwetter and the matteras will always smell of urine to remind you. After a few nights of wetting your unprotected bed I suggest that you dry your matteras out best you can and buy a protective cover as you obviously need one. You are now well and truly a bedwetter and don't forget it. As I said at the beginning you need real comitment to acheive your goal so you must make sure that at some point each night you wet your bed and remain in it till morning. Gradually this will become the natural thing to do. You are aiming to get to the point where even though it is still deliberate you wet your bed every night without really thinking about it and sleeping in it once wet just feels perfectly normal. There are times when this may be awkward when you are away from home or have people staying over but remember a true bedwetter can't choose when and where to wet the bed.
Step 2/ By now you should be wetting your bed every night and sleeping in it till morning without any problem. You probably are looking forward to each night and really enjoying all the sensations of being a bedwetter. Now is the time to decide how you are going to manage your bedwetting as it is something you are going to have to deal with for the rest of your life. Bedwetting will involve a lot of extra laundry so if you think nappies are the best course of action now is the time to introduce them. If you do choose to wear nappies tell yourself you need them because you wet the bed and take time to choose the right ones for you. Cloth or terry nappies with plastic pants work best but are more effort I personally prefer them to disposable ones. There are many types of bed pads protective covers and incontinence wear to choose from. Enjoy choosing the right way to manage your bedwetting remembering all the time you are doing this because you are a bedwetter and always will be. Whether you wear nappies or just wet your bed you should now be getting used to wetting as soon as you start to wake whenever that may be. Make sure every time you start to wake you empty your bladder imediately. You must do this every time to ensure your control starts to deminish. Sooner or later you will start peeing before you wake. Once this happens you are almost there. Keep on wetting on purpose as often as possible until your sleep wetting becomes a regular occurance. Always remember that you are a bedwetter and treat all wetting whether on purpose or in your sleep as something you can't help doing. Eventually wetting your bed will just become second nature and sleeping wet will feel more natural than being dry at night.
Step 3/ Well this is up to you. Once you have started wetting in your sleep if you make no effort to stop and until sleep wetting becomes a regular occurance you also wet on purpose chances are you will eventually loose all your night time contol. If you are happy being this way enjoy it and accept you are now a bedwetter. Dry nights will soon be a distant memory.
