Personal Trainer

I went to see a personal trainer today at my gym. He was really cool he sat down with me asked me about goals, my health, my age, all that good stuff and he came up with a program for me to follow 3 days a week for 6 weeks. It's circuit training, meaning he gave me a list of excersises to do and I do 12 reps of each excersise then start back and the begining and do 12 more reps of each excersise. I do that for two weeks and then it increases to 15 reps for 2 weeks and the 20 reps 3 times for the 5th and 6th week. I don't increase my weights unless I find the weight to light or too easy. Then at 6 weeks I see him again and he puts another program together bases on what I have lost. I'm very excited to do this even though I sore as hell today. Cant wait to get back at it.
