Round, like a circle in a spiral

    Like a never ending wheel...........

Everything seems to happen at once in life sometimes, doesn't it CC?

Take care of yourself, so you can take care in the one million other things you have to do in your life.

    I loved these inspirational words.

Thanks for sharing them with us.

Hi everyone, forgive my tardiness with getting this started. Life has been really hectic with my in-laws deciding on the spur of the moment to go immediately into Old Age Care. But at 89 and 86 they really need it. It has been a whirwind of packing, sorting and moving. Husband didn't leave time for us to catch our breath, and he ripped out the entire kitchen, leaving only the floor and wall tiles, the pipes and electricity thingies! So I've been scrambling around trying to find everything to make a meal. He surprised me, so had our daily char and some workers do the dirty. Unfortunately I have kitchen things in 3 places, far removed from one another and the kitchen. example, 3 boxes of spices in garage, tv room and store/pantry room. There's no rhyme nor reason to the location of items either. Well, I'm getting exercise!

Unfortunately I also came down with Sino-bronchitis and asthma that put me to bed for days. The medications have helped and over a week later I'm beginning to feel better. I also had to go away for a day, and things are soo chaotic.

Anyway, ow that this is out of the way, let me address the words above...

You are overweight and don't like it. That is cause for congratulations. You've heard it before ... admitting and owning the problem is halfway to the finish line. It's great that you have stood up here, to be counted, and made a commitment to do something about your weightloss. Well done. We are not going to compar, afterall even identical twins shouldn't do so, and none of us are even related! So, you will do this at your own pace, and as long as you are committed to it, you'll do well.

Please copy and print, from the Group, My Weight Loss Record and My Weighty Story and fill in all the details. I would prefer this to be a "story" within the Group with your name as the title, but if you are shy about it, write down your stats on paper. You may then just give your weekly "result" under a "story" here with your name as the title, where you are from, age, height and whatever you'd like to share initially. Every week just fill your 'result' in as a comment.

I will be writing a Motivational something weekly, like the post above. Please feel free to comment on any and all posts, mine and all the other members too. We can all do with motivation and make friends here.

    Lots of love CC X@
