It Can Be Done

I had an experience when I was 7 years old, which although it could have been a lot worse, was very traumatic for me at the time. I got over it when I had a nervous breakdown at 23 years old. I kept so much inside & I couldn't carry it around with me anymore.

Bad experiences are like garbage that we put in our garbage bag we carry around us, sometimes the garbage is a big boulder, and when we carry around the day to day stuff in this bag, it gets to a point where it is too heavy to carry and we break down. <br />
I currently care for my two step children who were severely sexually abused and I had to work with them and their garbage bag. Ways to lighten the load vary from person to person, I took my step daughter and we sat and wrote down the experiences that hurt, it was so hard for her and it was a long process, then we took the papers and stuffed it into a coffee can, took it out back and lit the paper, we let it burn and walked away. The next morning we went back out to the can and it was completely empty, she has been relieved of so much, what we did is transfer the garbage and let it go to the universe. If you like, try it, I wish you much light in your heart.
