I've Learned

Yes, I wish he loved me like I loved him. But I have learned something very important--I've come to a bit of an epiphany, you could say.

Nobody loves the same. Therefore, he will not love me the way I love him. That does not mean that he does not love me. That does not mean that I am not important to him. That simply means that the way I show my love will be different than the way he shows his love, that is all.

And I have come to a point that I am okay with that. It does not diminish my love for him, just as I know it does not diminish his love for me. :D

Thanks you AP...but tonight I am afraid I do not feel so wise. I feel rather foolish, actually...

It is one thing to realize that people love in different ways. It is another to realize that there is no love there to be given...

I tried!! :D
YW

thaats definately logic!
haha ty for sharing :)

It took a long time for me to get to this point. And I had to smile when I saw you commented on this story--every time my peace with this realization starts to slip a little, someone comments on this story and I am reminded of where I should be.
Thank you for reminding me. :D I hope you find your way very soon... ((HUGS))
