Sleeping Pills Didn't Work So Great -- It Was Torture.

Because of childhood family problems -- I was blamed for my Mom's cheating on my Dad -- I used to have a terrible time staring into the darkness, and in the morning I was sooo tired. I got into therapy which helped a little, and even took pills for a while. But nothing really worked for long. And the pills were a bad experience. Then a few years ago a friend gave me this CD to play at bedtime -- and it just helped me let go of all the thoughts and nothingness. It always seems to work when I need it. It helps me let go of my anger and blame, and I'm asleep before I know it. You can get it at http://www.sleepwithoutpills.com
