I Would Just Take a Slow Down

I'd love to turn off my brain, but somedays I'd just be happy if it just slowed down. Sometimes I get things on my mind and the thoughts just keep churning and churning. I can't sleep, I can't work or think properly and I don't know how to banish the thoughts. I need to get back to my yoga practice, maybe that would help.

I used to ruminate hopelessly even in yoga - my teacher told me to try keeping my eyes open! Someone else said try Pilates instead. Haven't tried it so I can't say if that helps.
