I Wish I Could Walk Away From It All
I'm sorry I can't be perfect and do everything you say.
I know this is against your rules but I really have somethings to say.
I need to breathe and I want to be free.
Not live under the same roof doing things we can never agree.
I want to smile and laugh and twirl.
In everything I do I wanted to know.
That I'm good enough or appreciated something you seriously can't show.
Can you love me for who I am and not what you expect me to be?
Clearly the answer is 'NO' or just maybe....
Because you keep pushing me down as it clearly shows.
With this last fall, I may never get up again.
But with the love of my kids I will rise and fight through the pain.
I just wanted to be loved, it was all that I asked for.
I wanted to hear you say 'I Love You'..
I guess you seriously don't have a clue!!!!!
So just let me go and give me my life..
