I have all these great ideas and plans on doing things in my life but the one thing I am lacking is motivation.  I just cannot get myself going on some things in life and then I get depressed then I end up sitting around doing nothing, eating to comfort myself.  I begin to feel frustrated and angry with myself and I end up falling down again.  Sure wish I knew how to keep myself motivated more often.
