    I've started buying the nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt with extra calcium and vitamin D and only 90 calories in half a cup! ....That's KINDA healthy, right??? LOL



    (Yea - I know, I'm not supposed to eat the entire half gallon box in one sitting)

    True, I forgot about frozen yougurt, it is even better yet. I've had it and it really doesn't taste that much different from ice cream.

    Technically, in moderation of course, ice cream is much better for you than most other desserts. Especially soft serve, and sherbet is even better than that. So you could afford to indulge a bit more with ice cream than with other sweets. Also my grandmother used to always tell my mother that if she ever over ate she should have a cup of vanilla ice cream, for some reason it helps aleve the bloat. How's that? :)
