I Wish More Women Would Love Themselves
If you are a young woman I have some wisdom to share with you.
You are unique and awesome!
There is nobody on the planet whom is exactly like you. You are one of a kind. You have traits and talents and gifts that are yours to share with the world.
You are a precious gift from God.
You are meant to be here on the planet at this time in history! You are meant to be here and are so very precious simply because you were born. You have gifts to share and adventures to explore, and dreams to follow because you are a child of the universe and because you were born.
You are female! This is awesome!
You are extremely LUCKY to be born female at this time in history! You have the freedom and the right to choose your destiny! You have the freedom and the right to choose your path. You truly can do anything with your life and guess what? you can even do more than guys, because you can experience motherhood if you so choose. Guys can be fathers and that is pretty wonderful, but being a mother is way cooler, you get to nuture and grow and protect a vulnerable life inside your body. Did you know that life would cease to exist if females weren't around? Science will never be able to produce a viable, workable uterus.
You have equal worth and equal value with guys, and please do not ever doubt this.
Yes males may be physically stronger but us girls are physically stronger! What do I mean? Ask any Neonatologist, premature female neonates are far more likely to survive than preemie male neonates. Women do live longer than men. Females are less likely to be born with serious genetic disorders like muscular dystrophy and hemophilia. The reason is that we have XX genetics as opposed to the males XY, males lack the second X cover gene and thus are far more likely to inherit certain genetic disorders.
Women and girls are just as intelligent and every bit as capable as boys and men. Females are graduating with university degrees and are actually outnumbering males in this regard.
Females and males are different, each with their own strengths. Girls you have incredible strengths, please do not ever doubt this. Your strengths are every bit as valuable as the masculine strengths and the world NEEDS both. The list of strengths is lengthy and many are shared with human males. Each female is unique with her own set of strengths, gifts and talents. You need to discover yours and share it, give it to the world.
Please do not let anyone tell you that because youa re a girl that you cant do something! Thats hogwash! Read up on some of the most brilliant leaders history has ever known... Joan of Arc, madame Curie, Mary Shelley, Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Indira Ghandi to name just a few.
There is so much more to add here but I am a mommy and my baby girl needs me! By the way I plan on sharing this with her when she gets older.
