I Want Some Good Things To Happen Now!

I have had to deal with a lot of stressful situations lately. I am worried about my grandmother because she had to go to a cancer doctor/hematologist yesterday and now we have to wait two weeks to find out what is wrong with her blood. Our car is on its last legs. we are constantly buying parts for that old car. I have several chronic health conditions that are getting worse. I need a job. Sorry to vent. I just really wish things would get better now so i could feel positively about the future. My two sons both have special needs and one is autisitc. I want their future to filled with joy and laughter and not stress and struggle.
