It's Becoming Tedious

Sometimes when I'm eating I feel like I'm force feeding an unwilling child. I just can't be bothered with it. I keep telling myself, "Don't think about it just do it." But I can't. Anyone else feel the same?

I simply have no appetite most days.

I know what you mean. I just often cant be bothered to eat or dont want to waste the time and energy doing it.

My secret: A lackluster and repititious life.

I use to think of eating as a means to an end, but then I married a chef. There are meals that are just filler and, if I could, I'd just as soon skip them... maybe something like the Jetsons where all my needs were met with a pill. But other meals aren't just food. They're life experiences. Some of my best memories are big multi-course meals sitting around a table with friends and family.

I'm the opposite, I have to tell myself "dont serve yourself anymore" "stop your not really hungry" "No that cookie is not calling your name!!!"<br />
