I believe that if we could literally see with another's eyes and feel with their heart, we would be so much more likely to understand and forgive. Empathy will do that, and yet empathy is rare when one is hurt...

    So true. Understanding and putting yourself in another's shoes allows for so much empathy and forgiveness.
