Don'T Assume...

Don't assume that I don't want children
Don't assume that I don't like children
Don't ask me why I can't have children
Don't continuously remind me that I don't have children
Don't stop including me in dinners and get togethers because you have children and I don't
Don't assume I don't understand children
Don't exclude me from conversations about children
Please stop giving me suggestions, remedies and ideas as to why I'm not pregnant
Please don't ever say "You don"t understand because you're not a mother"
Please stop saying you wish I was pregnant...I wish I was too
Please treat me the same as you did before you had children
Please be courteous and sensitive to the pain that I feel everyday because of my inablity to conceive
Please include me in your children's lives..your children will love me for who I am and will look to me for guidance as well

    <3 hugs to you. I thought I'd never have kids... I have PCOS. Finally found a Dr who believed and helped me... but I felt all that pain. And had even Drs say "You'll just never have a child of your own" and it killed me. I hope you get your hearts desire.
