I Wonder About Death
...of not existing anymore. All the people and experiences that I will miss. All the future developments that I won't get to see. The sheer thought of no longer existing. Unfortunately I don't believe that you go anywhere after you die except into the ground. I think the concepts of heaven and hell and the afterlife were just created by man to make it easier to accept death. Since every religion has it's own idea about the afterlife, is it more plausible that only one of them is right, or that all of them are wrong? Surely if there is an afterlife there can only be one process, one heaven, one hell, for everyone...regardless of faith. If death is universal it can't be possible that upon death Christians get their version of the afterlife, and Muslims get their version, and so on. Maybe we'll never know the real truth.
