I Wonder If Republicans Think Before They Spout
Several states have passed or are currently considering legislation to prevent the 'involuntary implantation of microchips in humans".
Georgia has passed it's "Microchip Consent Act of 2010".
Yep people. The states that have this or are seriously considering, complete with debates are all Republican majority states.
Georgia, Virginia, North Dakota, Wisconsin, California, and Tennessee. There are about 6-8 more states also considering this.
While none of them can site a single example of this being done, they are all of one mind. It can't be done.
Some have gotten theological in their reasoning; stating that the microchip could be construed and/or intrepretted as the "Mark of The Beast" mentioned in the Book of Revelations.
This is truly a noble cause, one to be followed through with. It would seem that they are concerned that insurance companies, and employers would force the implantion of these sinister devices at sometime in the undisclosed future.
The involuntary implantation of these devices is so sinister and secret that they can sight no clear indication that this is being considered, anywhere. But...
"you know how it is., You give a mouse a cookie, he'll want a glass of milk. Democrats; you give them technology they will implant it in your body."
Now the concept that implanting a device of any kind in any unwilling body is assault is irrelevant. It's also the sort of thing personal injury lawyers dream of. But, no matter, we are going to nip this in the bud before it ever gets out of control.
Yep...Pro-active Republicans, looking out for us. Ya gotta sleep better at night knowing that.
(Oh... anything being put to the side so this serious debate can settle the issue is trifling. Nothing important, only education, infra-structure, job creation, health care...meaningless little bits of pork)
